How long are products guaranteed for?
Our products are guaranteed for one year, according to our terms and conditions. Any defective product will be replaced at no extra cost.
I need an invoice for my company, how can I get one?
No problem, just enter the name of your company when you pay. We will send you a paper invoice with your delivery, and an electronic copy will be sent to you by email.
Where can you find user instructions?
User instructions will be sent with your delivery and are also available on the product page of our website.
How do I get a refund?
You can get a refund under the following conditions:
- You need a NoLeaky®️ proof of purchase
- A declaration from an automobile repair shop confirming that your vehicle had a genuinely faulty head gasket, or that your vehicle was scrapped, or an invoice for the physical replacement of your head gasket carried out afterwards.
- The registration number of your vehicle.
The following conditions also apply:
- Only one refund per vehicle.
- Requests for refunds must be received in writing within 30 days of purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery by DHL is 24 hours from shipping. We normally ship your order on the same day or the day after at the latest.
