Instructions

  • Ensure the heating system is switched off and cooled before adding the inhibitor.
  • If the system is heavily contaminated with sludge, perform a system flush using a suitable cleaner before adding the inhibitor.
  • Shake the bottle well before use.
  • Add the boiler inhibitor through a radiator, filling loop, dosing pot, or expansion tank according to system design.
  • Recommended dosage is approximately 500 ml for a typical domestic heating system of up to 100 liters capacity. Adjust proportionally for larger systems.
  • After adding the product, run the heating system for at least 30 minutes to allow full circulation.
  • Bleed radiators if necessary to remove trapped air.
  • Check system pressure after application and adjust if required.
  • For continued protection, check inhibitor levels annually and re-dose if the system has been drained or significantly topped up.
  • Store the product in a sealed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
